VIP會員制及福利
VIP分為四個等級:
*The Seed*🌱
過去12個月內累積消費滿HK$1,000或以上，即可成為The Seed會員，並自動加入IG “Close friends” story。“Close friends” story會不定期提供VIP限定折扣優惠，以及免費贈送斷捨離物品(包括水晶原石及其他全新/二手物品)。
*The Root*🫚
過去12個月內累積消費滿HK$3,000或以上，即可成為The Root會員。除享有以上The Seed會員的福利外，The Root會員每次消費均可享有5%折扣優惠(包括所有特價產品及草藥折扣優惠)。
*The Leaf*🌿
過去12個月內累積消費滿HK$5,000或以上，即可成為The Leaf 會員。除享有以上The Seed會員的福利外，The Leaf會員每次消費均可享有10%折扣優惠(包括所有特價產品及草藥折扣優惠)。
*The Flower*🌺
過去12個月內累積消費滿HK$8,000或以上，即可成為The Flower會員。除享有以上The Seed會員的福利外，另可The Flower會員每次消費均可享有15%折扣優惠(包括所有特價產品及草藥折扣優惠)。
**The Root或以上等級之會員，請透過IG DM下單以取得折扣優惠(❌切勿於網站下單)。
**折扣優惠將根據下單日起計過去12個月內的累積消費總額計算，並不包括下單日的消費額。
- 例子A: 6/6/2025下單，將計算6/6/2024至5/6/2025期間的累積消費額。如6/6/2024至5/6/2025期間累積消費滿HK$5,000，6/6/2025的訂單可享有*The Leaf*會員的全單9折優惠(包括所有特價貨品)。
- 例子B: 6/6/2025下單，6/6/2024至5/6/2025期間的累積消費額為HK$4,999，6/6/2025的訂單因過去12個月的累積消費未有達到HK$5,000，只能享有*The Root*會員的5%折扣優惠。
**VIP list將不斷更新，並根據過去12個月內的累積消費額自動調整，升級或降級恕不另行通知。
**所有消費記錄均為人手記錄及計算，如有錯漏，請主動聯繫以更正。
**所有消費紀錄均以同一個IG帳戶計算，如曾使用其他IG帳戶下單，請主動告知。
VIP Membership & Benefits
The membership is divided into 4 tiers:
The Seed🌱
Accumulate spending of HK$1,000 or more within the past 12 months to become a *The Seed* member and be automatically added to the IG "Close Friends” story.
“Close Friends” offers exclusive VIP-exclusive discounts and free giveaway items (including raw crystals and other new/second-hand items).
The Root🫚
Accumulate spending of HK$3,000 or more within the past 12 months to become a *The Root* member.
*In addition to the benefits of The Seed membership, *The Root* members enjoy a 5% discount on every purchase (including all discounted products and herbs).
The Leaf🌿
Spend a total of HK$5,000 or more within the past 12 months to become *The Leaf* member.
*In addition to the benefits of The Seed membership, *The Leaf* members enjoy a 10% discount on every purchase (including all discounted products and herbs).
The Flower🌺
Spend a total of HK$8,000 or more within the past 12 months to become *The Flower* member. *In addition to the benefits of The Seed membership, *The Flower* members enjoy a 15% discount on every purchase (including all discounted products and herbs).
**Members of The Root tier or above, please place your order via IG DM to receive the discount benefits (Do NOT place an order on the website).
**The discount will be applied based on the accumulated spending over the past 12 months from the order date, excluding the spending amount on the order date itself.
- Example A: An order placed on 6/6/2025 will consider the accumulated spending record from 6/6/2024 to 5/6/2025. If the total accumulated spending during this period reaches HK$5000, the order on 6/6/2025 will be eligible for *The Leaf* membership's 10% discount on the entire order, including all discounted items.
- Example B: An order is placed on 6/6/2025, with an accumulated spending total of HK$4999 during the period from 6/6/2024 to 5/6/2025. As the total spending over the past 12 months has not reached HK$5000, the order on 6/6/2025 will only be eligible for *The Root* membership’s 5% discount.
*The VIP list will be continuously reviewed and adjusted accordingly based on the accumulated spending in the past 12 months. Upgrades or downgrades will be made without prior notice .
*All spending records are manually recorded and calculated. If there are any errors or omissions, please contact us and amends will be made accordingly
*All spending records are calculated based on the same IG account. Please notify us if you have placed orders using other IG accounts.
*The VIP list will be reviewed continuously and adjusted accordingly based on the total spending accumulated over the past 12 months. Upgrades or downgrades will not be notified individually.
