Shipping Policy

1. 送貨方式/Delivery Methods

a. 順豐到付/SF delivery (paid by receiver)

b. 元朗西鐵站交收/Pick-up at Yuen Long station (只適用於單一消費滿500hkd或以上的訂單/Only applicable to a minimum purchase of 500hkd or above in a single transaction)

2. 送貨注意事項/ About Delivery

a. 收到付款確認後，所有現貨產品一般將於1-2日內以順豐到付方式寄出。

All in-stock products will normally be shipped via SF Express (delivery charge to be paid by receiver) within 1-2 days upon receiving order and payment confirmation.

b. 付款後請盡快確認取貨方式。如已付款的訂單沒有包含預訂產品，且14日內未確認取貨方式，該訂單將被視為放棄並重新上架，不作另行通知。

Please kindly confirm the delivery method as soon as possible after payment. If the delivery method is not confirmed within 14 days, and the paid order does not include any pre-order items, the order will be considered forfeited, and the items will be restocked for sale without further notice.

3. 交收注意事項/About Pick-up

a. 每張訂單只可交收一次。

Only one pick-up will be arranged for each order.

b. 交收時間為1800-1900。

The pick-up time slot available for reservation is from 1800 to 1900.

c. 請於付款後並至少於24小時前IG DM預約，不設即日交收。

Please reserve the pick-up date and time via IG DM at least 24 hours in advance following payment. Same-day pick-up will NOT be arranged.

d. 如需更改或取消預約，請至少於預約時間前24小時通知。

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

e. 敬請準時，no show或遲到超過15分鐘將逾時不候，並不會再安排第2次交收，將一律順豐到付。

Please be punctual. In case of a no-show or a delay of more than 15 minutes, it will be considered as a missed appointment, and a 2nd pick-up will NOT be arranged. All items will be sent via SF Express (delivery charge to be paid by receiver).
