洛神花🌺含有抗氧化物並具有抗炎作用，包含花青素和黃酮類，有助保護人體細胞免受氧化損害、抗衰老、降血壓並促進心血管健康。洛神花亦含有維他命C、β-胡蘿蔔素、鈣和鐵，有助缺鐵性貧血患者維持健康的血鐵水平，以及維護免疫系統健康。洛神花比較寒涼，特別適合夏天消暑、生津止渴。
 
玫瑰果🌹含有豐富的抗氧化物、抗發炎及抗組織胺生物類黃酮，並含有維生素 A、B1、B2、C 與類胡蘿蔔素，有助增強免疫系統、抗衰老、合成骨膠原、緩解疲勞及改善虛弱。其清涼的特性有助於清熱與退燒。玫瑰果亦具有輕瀉及利尿作用，能促進健康消化及廢物代謝，緩解便秘。
 
玫瑰🌹具有抗氧化作用，有助中和自由基，保護身體免受細胞氧化損害，具有抗衰老及美容養顏的功效。其抗炎抗菌特性亦可舒緩皮膚敏感等炎症。玫瑰散發之香氣，有助舒緩緊張情緒及壓力。玫瑰亦有助促進膽汁流動，促進消化及排走身體毒素；作為一種輕瀉劑，玫瑰亦有助通便，改善便秘。

Our hibiscus rose honey is made with USDA organic pink rose buds, rosehips, hibiscus flowers, and USDA organic + Fair Trade organic raw honey imported from the USA.
 
𝗛𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀🌺 is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, including anthocyanins and flavonoids, which may protect body cells from oxidative damage that leads to aging, lower blood pressure and support heart health. It also contains Vitamin C, β-carotene, calcium, and iron, which may help support immune system and healthy iron levels for those with anemia. Its cooling and moistening energetics make it ideal for summer heat, and support hydration.
 
𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗽🌹is rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and anti-histamine bioflavonoids, vitamins A, B1&2, C and carotenoids. These may support the immune system, protect the body cells from oxidative stress that leads to aging, and are essential for collagen synthesis, beneficial for states of exhaustion and general debility. Its cooling energetic helps to reduce heat and lower fevers. It’s a lovely addition to your yogurt, toast and pancakes, or you may consume it directly. Make sure the beverage is not too hot - high temperatures can degrade the enzymes, minerals and vitamins in raw honey.
