椴樹💐含有豐富的揮發油，香氣清幽，除可舒緩焦慮、壓力和精神緊張，並平復心境，對於腸胃痙攣等不適亦有舒緩作用。椴樹亦具有促進發汗及利尿的作用，因此有助於退燒；其促進發汗與鎮咳的特性，亦能舒緩感冒引起的咳嗽。椴樹亦有助於維護心臟健康：其降血壓及鎮靜神經的特性，有助舒緩心悸，並減輕因焦慮及壓力對心臟所造成的不良影響。椴樹之鎮痛與解痙作用，有助舒緩因焦慮與壓力帶來的痛楚與緊張，包括緊張性頭痛、恐慌發作及失眠等。
 
原生蜂蜜因沒有經過高溫濃縮處理，蜂蜜中的營養如維他命及礦物質，均得以保存。原生蜂蜜亦含有豐富的抗氧化物，有助中和自由基，保護身體細胞免受氧化損害。其抗炎抗菌特性更可抵抗傷口細菌感染，並加快傷口癒合、舒緩喉嚨痛及咳嗽。原生蜂蜜亦含有天然酵素及益生元，有助促進消化，並滋養腸道益菌，促進腸道健康。

Linden has been one of my most fav herbs over the years, it has a delightful floral scent and flavour that is instantly relaxing and uplifting.
 
Linden💐 is rich in volatile oils, which makes it smell heavenly and a helpful antispasmodic & carminative herb in soothing the tension and spasm of the gastrointestinal tract. As a relaxing nervine with an anxiolytic and a slight sedative effect, it soothes stress, tension, irritability and calms the mind. It is also a diaphoretic and a diuretic, which is helpful in soothing hot, agitated states such as hyperactivity and fever. Its antitussive and diaphoretic action may soothe colds with cough. It also has an affinity for the heart - as an effective gently relaxing hypotensive, it may be helpful in reducing blood pressure; as a neurocardiac sedative, it soothes heart palpitations, hypertension, and angina, thus particularly useful when the heart has been affected by stress and anxiety. Its analgesic and antispasmodic actions, makes it particularly suit to stress or anxiety with symptoms of physical pain or tension, such as panic attacks, insomnia and tension headaches.
 
Unpasteurized and unfiltered, organic raw honey contains an abundant amount of nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in antioxidants, which may protect your body from oxidative damage by neutralizing free radicals. Its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties may help to heal wounds, soothe sore throats and coughs.
