Lemon Peel🍋含有豐富維他命C(比果肉含量更高)，有助於增強抵抗力。檸檬皮亦有助促進肝臟排毒，增進食欲，並有助緩解胃酸過多、潰瘍、關節炎、痛風和風濕病。檸檬皮的揮發油具有抗菌作用，有助舒緩動脈硬化、感染及發燒(特別與胃、肝臟和腸道有關的問題)。
 
Lemon Balm🌿對神經系統有放鬆的作用，有助心情uplift，舒緩焦慮、輕度抑鬱、壓力、緊張、不安及易怒。香蜂草具有解痙及對腸胃有祛風作用，傳統上被用於舒緩因情緒焦慮、抑鬱引起的消化問題。香蜂草亦有助於緩解由壓力引起的心臟不適，包括心悸和高血壓。香蜂草亦有助促進排汗降溫，除有助於退燒，亦特別適合夏天消暑降溫。
 
Lemon Verbena🌿與Lemon Balm一樣，含有濃郁檸檬香氣的揮發油，具有鎮靜和促進消化的特性，有助舒緩腹部不適，滋養神經系統及改善抑鬱。
 
Lemongrass🌿含有豐富的揮發油 - 檸檬醛(約佔70%)和香茅醛，兩者均具有明顯的鎮靜作用。檸檬香茅有助舒緩消化不良，放鬆胃部和腸道肌肉，緩解痙攣性疼痛和脹氣，對小朋友尤其適合。檸檬香茅於加勒比地區主要被視為一種退燒草藥。
 
原生蜂蜜因沒有經過高溫濃縮處理，蜂蜜中的營養如維他命及礦物質，均得以保存。原生蜂蜜亦含有豐富的抗氧化物，有助中和自由基，保護身體細胞免受氧化損害。其抗炎抗菌特性更可抵抗傷口細菌感染，並加快傷口癒合、舒緩喉嚨痛及咳嗽。原生蜂蜜亦含有天然酵素及益生元，有助促進消化，並滋養腸道益菌，促進腸道健康。

Lemon Peel🍋 is rich in vitamin C (more than the fruit juice!) that helps improve resistance to infection, making it valuable for colds and flu. Lemon peel also stimulates liver detoxification, improves the appetite, and helps ease stomach acidity, ulcers, arthritis, gout, and rheumatism. The volatile oil is antiseptic and antibacterial, which makes it useful for those prone to arteriosclerosis, and to infections and fevers (especially of the stomach, liver, and intestines).
 
Lemon Balm🌿 is a relaxing tonic and a nervine that uplifts the mood, and is helpful for anxiety, mild depression, stress, tension, restlessness and irritability. As an antispasmodic and a carminative, it is traditionally used for digestive problems associated with anxiety and depression, provides support for the emotional gut. Lemon balm may also support stress related symptoms affecting the heart, including heart palpitations and high blood pressure. As a diaphoretic, it may cool the body which makes it perfect for summer, and can be used as a fever support.
 
Lemon Verbena🌿 , just like lemon balm, also contains a strong lemon-scent volatile oil that has calming and digestive properties, which may soothe abdominal discomfort. It has a mild tonic effect on the nervous system, but it may still lift the spirits and counter depression.
 
Lemongrass🌿 contains a volatile oil with citral (about 70%) and citronellal as its main constituents, both are markedly sedative. It is helpful for digestive problems, as it may relax the muscles of the stomach and gut, relieves cramping pains and flatulence, and is particularly suitable for children. In the Caribbean, lemon grass is primarily regarded as a fever-reducing herb.
 
Unpasteurized and unfiltered, organic raw honey contains an abundant amount of nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in antioxidants, which may protect your body from oxidative damage by neutralizing free radicals. Its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties may help to heal wounds, soothe sore throats and coughs. It also contains natural enzymes and prebiotics, which aids digestion and promotes a healthy gut microbiome by nourishing the beneficial bacteria.
