以法國有機真正薰衣草(x augustifolia)製作，lavender honey功效上會比平價版及帶刺激性嘅Lavandin (x intermedia)會更舒壓放鬆。
 
Lavender (Lavandula x Angustifolia)，又叫True Lavender，顏色帶灰紫，會比Lavandin淡色。Lavender嘅camphor(樟腦)含量比Lavandin低好多倍，所以氣味亦冇咁濃烈，係淡淡嘅清香，個人覺得佢係帶有少少甜味，比較舒壓及適合食用。亦因為比較難種植，所以價錢會較貴。
 
Lavandin (Lavandula x Intermedia)顏色較濃艷，帶紫藍色，味道較濃烈(因樟腦成份高出至少10倍以上不等)，因而較刺激 - 如果想食用同舒壓，Lavender會較適合。因為可以抵擋惡劣嘅環境而生長，比較易種植及常見，價錢亦較便宜 - 市面上嘅薰衣草大部分都係Lavandin。
 
薰衣草🪻含有豐富的揮發油，所散發的香氣除可令人舒壓放鬆，亦可降低對疼痛的感知；其祛風及解痙作用，亦有助舒緩因緊張及壓力所引起之腸胃不適及胃脹氣。除可內服，外用亦具有抗菌及舒緩痛楚之功效，可舒緩皮膚敏感、痕癢、曬傷、蚊叮蟲咬等不適，加快傷口癒合。
 
原生蜂蜜因沒有經過高溫濃縮處理，蜂蜜中的營養如維他命及礦物質，均得以保存。原生蜂蜜亦含有豐富的抗氧化物，有助中和自由基，保護身體細胞免受氧化損害。其抗炎抗菌特性更可抵抗傷口細菌感染，並加快傷口癒合、舒緩喉嚨痛及咳嗽。原生蜂蜜亦含有天然酵素及益生元，有助促進消化，並滋養腸道益菌，促進腸道健康。

Handcrafted with organic true lavender flowers from France - NOT the Lavandin flowers that can be too stimulating, the lavender honey has a more potent soothing effect.
 
Lavender (Lavandula x Angustifolia), also known as True Lavender, has a greyish-purple color that appears lighter compared to lavandin. Lavender contains significantly lower levels of camphor than lavandin, making its scent less intense and less stimulating - instead, it has a subtle and refreshing aroma with a hint of sweetness, which I personally find more relaxing and palatable for consumption. Due to its difficulty in cultivation, it is more expensive and might be more difficult to find in the market.
 
Lavandin (Lavandula x Intermedia) has a deeper, more vibrant purple-blue hue and a stronger scent due to its much higher camphor content (at least 10 times more), which makes its fragrance more intense and stimulating. If you're looking for a potent calming effect and pleasant taste is your concern, lavender is a better choice. Lavandin, being more resilient to harsh environments and easier to cultivate, is more affordable and often sold at a lower price.
 
Lavender🪻 has a strong aroma due to its high concentration of volatile oils, which has a calming, soothing, relaxing effect - on pain, tension muscles, anxiety, skin, cramping, bloating, etc. As a carminative and antispasmodic, lavender relaxes spasms in the digestive tract associated with tension and anxiety, and eases flatulence. Lavender’s antibacterial and analgesic properties make it useful for external use, disinfecting cuts & wounds, soothe insect bites & burns, speed up the healing process.
 
Unpasteurized and unfiltered, organic raw honey contains an abundant amount of nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in antioxidants, which may protect your body from oxidative damage by neutralizing free radicals. Its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties may help to heal wounds, soothe sore throats and coughs. It also contains natural enzymes and prebiotics, which aids digestion and promotes a healthy gut microbiome by nourishing the beneficial bacteria.
