Sweet Osmanthus has been the best selling herbal honey and it is also the most versatile one among other flavours - you may consume it directly, or simply add it to oatmeal, taro balls, glutinous rice balls, warm milk, coffee, tea…etc. Make sure the water is not too hot - high temperatures can degrade the enzymes, minerals and vitamins in raw honey.
 
Sweet Osmanthus🌼 is rich in antioxidants, which protects your body from oxidative damage by neutralising free radicals, and is helpful in enhancing skin tone. Its warm energetic may also soothe gastrointestinal discomforts, indigestion, constipation, and menstrual cramps. It may also aid in reducing the mucus from the throat and coughing.
