2020年開業第1款開賣嘅herbal honey🌼 多年嚟我都好鍾意接骨木花，所以希望將呢份美味分享俾大家，結果佢一直都係最受歡迎嘅口味之一，其他口味亦隨之誕生✨
 
接骨木花🌼有助減少呼吸系統裡多餘的黏液，可緩和感冒、咳嗽、鼻竇炎及喉嚨等不適；接骨木花亦具有促進發汗及利尿作用，有助於退燒，亦特別適合夏天消暑。
 
呢款除咗可以就咁食，加落greek yogurt (加埋無花果係絕配!)同麥皮，當然亦可以加落toast、沖水飲 - 但記得水唔好太熱，否則會破壞原生蜂蜜嘅營養。
 
原生蜂蜜因沒有經過高溫濃縮處理，蜂蜜中的營養如維他命及礦物質，均得以保存。原生蜂蜜亦含有豐富的抗氧化物，有助中和自由基，保護身體細胞免受氧化損害。其抗炎抗菌特性更可抵抗傷口細菌感染，並加快傷口癒合、舒緩喉嚨痛及咳嗽。原生蜂蜜亦含有天然酵素及益生元，有助促進消化，並滋養腸道益菌，促進腸道健康。

Elderflower was the 1st herbal honey I ever made and it was introduced back in 2020. It has been one of the most popular flavours, and many other flavours of herbal honey have been made since then✨
 
As an anticatarrhal, elderflower🌼 may sooth the discomforts of cold & flu and sinus congestion by aiding the removal of mucus, particularly of the upper respiratory tract. It is also a diaphoretic and a diuretic, which may help to sweat out a cold or fever, and perfect to clear the heat during summer!
 
You may consume it directly, add it to greek yogurt (+ fig would be perfect!), toast, oatmeal and water. Make sure the water is not too hot - high temperatures can degrade the enzymes, minerals and vitamins in raw honey.
 
Unpasteurized and unfiltered, organic raw honey contains an abundant amount of nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in antioxidants, which may protect your body from oxidative damage by neutralizing free radicals. Its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties may help to heal wounds, soothe sore throats and coughs. It also contains natural enzymes and prebiotics, which aids digestion and promotes a healthy gut microbiome by nourishing the beneficial bacteria.
